EvoAir R25 Ventilation Unit

EvoAir R25 is a compact and flexible heat-recovery ventilation unit designed for installations where energy-efficient operation, robust construction and extensive installation freedom are important. The unit is manufactured in Älvsbyn and builds on many years of experience in ventilation solutions and thoughtful industrial design. It is developed with Nordic climate conditions in mind and designed for reliable operation in varying climates.

EvoAir R25 is built with insulated panels, a frame of insulated aluminium profiles and a heavy-duty beam frame. The unit is equipped with energy-efficient EC fans and a rotary heat exchanger with stepper-motor drive for efficient heat recovery. Filters with a large surface area provide effective filtration while keeping pressure drop low. EvoAir R25 is also Eurovent-certified, meaning the stated performance data are verified in accordance with established European standards.

R series – flexible connections for different installations

The R-series design provides extensive freedom in planning and installation through multiple possible duct connections. Each airflow – supply air, extract air, outdoor air and exhaust air – has two possible connection positions, allowing the unit to be adapted to the project's requirements.

For example, both extract-air connections can be used simultaneously to achieve the desired airflow. Supply air is connected to one of the spigots because the duct coil is installed in a supply-air duct. The same unit can be configured with top connection, side connection or L-connection. A common arrangement is to connect the exhaust air at the top while the remaining ducts connect from the side.

Unused connections are easily covered with the supplied blanking covers. This makes it possible to use the same unit in different types of installations and simplifies adaptation during both planning and installation.

Right-hand version = Supply air on the right (delivery configuration)
	Parameter 100 is set to upper on delivery, meaning the right-hand (upper) fan is the supply-air fan. Determine which connections are to be used at the top and on the side. Cover the remaining connections with the supplied blanking covers. Install the duct coil for heating and any cooling in the supply-air duct, and dampers in the outdoor-air/exhaust-air duct if required. The cooling coil must be installed in a horizontal duct due to the condensate tray. Install the labelled temperature sensors in the respective ducts for supply air, extract air and outdoor air.

Left-hand version = Supply air on the left (change parameter 100 to lower)
	Change parameter 100 to lower, which means the left-hand (lower) fan becomes the supply-air fan. Determine which connections are to be used at the top and on the side. Cover the remaining connections with the supplied blanking covers. Install the duct coil for heating and any cooling in the supply-air duct, and dampers in the outdoor-air/exhaust-air duct if required. The cooling coil must be installed in a horizontal duct due to the condensate tray. Install the labelled temperature sensors in the respective ducts for supply air, extract air and outdoor air.

EvoControl Touch

EvoAir R25 is supplied with EvoControl and a separate 4.3-inch touch display as standard. This provides a complete and user-friendly control and operating solution from the outset, with no need to add a separate display.

The system has a wired network connection for stable communication, and the EvoCloud cloud service is included as standard. EvoCloud allows the unit to be managed and monitored remotely from a phone, tablet or computer. This makes it easy to adapt operation to your needs, review measurements and history, and keep a clear overview of current operating status.

For integration with other control and building-management systems, Modbus TCP is also supported, making connection to a supervisory control system easier.
