Service Your Dehumidifier - Here's How It Works

Service for our slightly larger consumer dehumidifiers includes a functional check of your dehumidifier, replacement of any broken components, and a new filter.

You also receive a 3-month warranty on the service.

If it is discovered that the dehumidifier has been underwater, struck by lightning, or subjected to incorrect supply voltage, the dehumidifier will not be repaired. Service will also not be performed if it requires components that are no longer available. If the dehumidifier is not eligible for service, we will contact you.

How does it work?

  1. You order this service
  2. We email a return label
  3. You pack the dehumidifier, clearly label the package with your order number (starts with W), and drop it off at any DHL Servicepoint
  4. We receive the dehumidifier, perform a functional check, and replace any broken components
  5. We create a report on what was wrong and include it when we return the dehumidifier
  6. We return the dehumidifier to your nearest DHL Servicepoint
